One form of entry is to purchase any participating Lactalis yogurt product, submit the purchase receipt, and complete the entry form at www.snackandgive.ca (the “Website”). There are five (5) Grand Prizes consisting of a cash prize of $1,000 (CAD), for a total value of $5,000 (CAD), available to be won by random draw at the end of the contest period. The Odds of winning the Grand Prizes depend on the number of eligible Entries received. Skill testing question required from winners of Grand Prizes.
