Lowest Price Guarantee

Our "Lowest Price" guarantees mean that if a discount supermarket competitor within your local store's geographic trade area offers a lower price on any item that we carry in this store, we will sell you that item for 1¢ less than the competitor's advertised price when you show us the competitor's price in their current flyer (print or digital). Price matching limited to up to four (4) discount competitors in the applicable trade area (No Frills, Food Basics, Real Canadian Superstore, and Wal-Mart in Ontario. No Frills, Real Canadian Superstore, Wal-Mart and Save-On Foods in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Price match locations may vary by store and are subject to change based on regional circumstances. Visit your local FreshCo or Chalo! FreshCo store for a list of competitors that are part of the Price Match program. This guarantee does not apply to competitor e-commerce platforms or competitor online pricing. These guarantees apply to identical items (must be same brand, size and attributes), or comparable items in the case of private label (must be competitor's private label product of same size and attributes). These guarantees do not apply to any of the following items: products sold by in-store third party vendors, prescriptions, gift cards, liquor, tobacco, products which may not be discounted by law, and also exclude 'spend x get x' purchased items, clearance sale items, and 'free' promotions and discounts for items obtained through loyalty or other customer programs. Our "Lowest Price" guarantees do not apply to competitor misprints. Eligible price matched purchases are limited to quantities of four (4) units of the identical price matched product per customer. These guarantees may not be used in combination with any other offer. We reserve the right, in our discretion, to determine for each store the supermarket competitors, geographic trade area and comparable items, and to make changes to this guarantee program without prior notice, which includes the right to withdraw this guarantee from any customer who we determine to be abusing the guarantee.

Turkey Price Match

If a supermarket competitor within your local store's geographic trade area offers a lower price on a Turkey that we carry in our store, simply show us their price in their current flyer/ad and we will sell you a comparable Turkey for 1¢/kg less. "Comparable" means that if the competitor ad is for a Frozen Utility Turkey, we will match their price but give you a Frozen Unstuffed, Unbasted/Unseasoned Grade A Turkey. For all other Turkey ads, "comparable Turkey" means (a) we will sell you a Frozen Unstuffed, Unbasted/Unseasoned Grade A Turkey for a Frozen Unstuffed, Unbasted/Unseasoned Grade A ad; (b) we will sell you a Frozen Unstuffed, Premium/Basted/Seasoned Grade A Turkey for a Frozen Unstuffed, Premium/Basted/Seasoned Grade A ad; (c) we will sell you a Frozen Stuffed Grade A Turkey for a Frozen Stuffed Grade A ad; and (d) we will sell you a Fresh Turkey for a Fresh Turkey ad. Excludes 'spend x get x'; clearance sales, and 'free' promotions and discounts obtained through loyalty or other preferred customer programs. Does not apply to competition misprints or withdrawn or corrected advertisements. We reserve the right to verify competitor prices and to limit quantities to 2 Turkeys. We reserve the right, in our discretion, to determine for each store the major supermarket competitors, geographic trade areas and comparable items, and to make changes to this guarantee program without prior notice, which includes the right to withdraw this guarantee from any customer who we determine to be abusing the guarantee.

Double Fresh Guarantee

Our "Double Fresh" guarantee means that if you buy an eligible product from our store, use the product as intended, and the product does not meet your expectations, you can return the product with a receipt within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the purchase price and provide you with a replacement product of an identical item, or in the case of private label or in our discretion, a comparable item (the same or similar brand, size and attributes) (while supplies last). This guarantee does not apply to any of the following items: products sold by in-store third party vendors, prescriptions, gift cards, liquor, tobacco, limited-time products and any products which may not be discounted by law. This guarantee may not be used in combination with any other offer. We reserve the right to, in our discretion, make changes to this guarantee program without prior notice, which includes the right to withdraw this guarantee from any customer who we determine to be abusing the guarantee.

In-Stock Guarantee

Our "In-stock" guarantee means that if you find that we are out of stock of any product featured in that store's current flyer, we will provide you with a rain check coupon that can be used to purchase the item for 10% off the current advertised price of the out of stock item when the item is back in stock. This guarantee does not apply to any of the following items: products sold by in-store third party vendors, prescriptions, gift cards, liquor, tobacco, seasonal & limited-time products, items marked as limited quantities or while supplies last and any products which may not be discounted by law. This guarantee may not be used in combination with any other offer. We reserve the right to, in our discretion, make changes to this guarantee program without prior notice, which right includes the right to withdraw this guarantee from any customer who we determine to be abusing the guarantee.

Flyer Disclaimer

Prices in effect while supplies last. We reserve the right to limit quantities. No rainchecks except as advertised. All price savings shown in this flyer are measured against our lowest regular retail prices offered at our stores in the applicable trade area. Savings offered may differ by region.
