Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and thyme. Add cheese and Micro Arugula, stirring to combine.
Step 3
Line a 9" fluted pie pan with parchment ham into loose balls and place around pan. Top with a light drizzle of olive oil.
Step 4
Bake for 25-40 minutes, or until centre is fully cooked.

Tip : If you have only 1 loaf pan: Line it with parchment paper, prepare the brownie mixture, and press half the mixture into the pan. Freeze until firm. Thaw frozen yogurt slightly, then top base with frozen yogurt. Smooth top. Top remaining brownie mixture into frozen yogurt and press together gently. Freeze until firm before cutting.
